PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMING

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.

PACKAGING

All Vanella orders are packed with care — because opening it should feel like part of the experience.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES — STORE CREDIT ONLY

We want you to love your Vanella piece. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Items must be:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage or signs of wear

Include your order number and reason for exchange.


STORE CREDIT DETAILS

  • Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected
  • Credit is delivered via email code
  • Credit does not expire
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn items
  • Damaged items (not caused in transit)
  • Final sale or limited drop items
  • Gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll fix it.
