Returns & Exchanges — Store Credit Only
We want you to love your Vanella piece. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must be:
• requested within 14 days of delivery
• unworn and unused
• in original packaging
• free from damage or signs of wear

• Store credit is issued after the return is received and inspected
• Credit is delivered via email code
• Credit does not expire
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• worn items
• damaged items (not caused in transit)
• final sale or limited drop items (if you choose to mark some this way)
• gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll fix it.
